Job Description:
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the Construction of the Judicial Complex in District Miranshah under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Bidding Guidelines:
✔️ E-Bidding System: All bids must be submitted online via www.cwd.gkp.pk
✔️ Technical & Financial Bid Submission: Clearly marked “Technical Bid” envelopes must be sealed and submitted before the closing time.
✔️ Bid Security: Must be submitted in shape of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) with complete details including bank name, CDR number, and date.
✔️ Additional Security: If the bid exceeds 10%-20% below Engineer’s Estimate, bidders must submit an additional security along with the bid.
✔️ Evaluation Criteria: Based on general experience, equipment capability, financial soundness, and auditor reports for the last three years.
✔️ No Pay Orders & Bank Drafts Accepted: Only CDR will be accepted; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.
