Qualification and Category
To apply for the ‘M’ Cadet category, you must be a 4th/Final Year MBBS student from a PMC/PMDC recognized medical college.

Ineligibility Conditions
You would be ineligible if you fall under any of the following categories:
- Twice rejected by ISSB for Post Graduate entry.
- Twice rejected by ISSB for Intermediate/Graduate (PMA/Graduate Equivalent) and once rejected by GHQ/NHQ/AHQ-based selection boards.
- Permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board (AMB).
- Withdrawn or resigned from any Armed Forces institution.
- Convicted in a Court of Law for any heinous offense.

Registration and Preliminary Tests
To apply, candidates can register through the official website or visit the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs). The registration and preliminary tests will take place between 13 Aug to 15 Sep 2024, with preliminary tests scheduled from 23-27 Sep 2024.
Physical and Medical Tests
Candidates must pass the following physical tests:

Medical tests will also be conducted to ensure candidates meet the required health standards.
Benefits and Stipend
Selected ‘M’ Cadets will continue their studies in their respective medical colleges and receive a monthly stipend of Rs 18,583. Upon being commissioned as Captains, they will receive a lump sum not exceeding Rs 222,996 as re-imbursement for medical education expenditures.
Basic Military Training
After completing medical education, cadets will undergo 22 weeks of Basic Military Training at the Pakistan Military Academy, followed by service in the Army Medical Corps.
