Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager at Muslim Commercial Bank, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving assigned Deposit targets on a monthly basis as set by management through a live pipeline of potential customers.
- Making calls and visits to clients to ensure smooth relationships and maintaining call reports on a daily basis.
- Maintaining high service quality standards while interacting with customers for business retention.
- Achieving assigned targets through cross-selling of all other consumer banking products.
- Ensuring compliance with local policies, SOPs, and regulations guided by SBP in all activities and transactions. Also, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.
Knowledge/Competencies Required:
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes:
- Sales management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Geographical knowledge of the place of posting.
- Knowledge of banking and products.
