Eligibility and Application Process
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be serving medical professionals (Doctors, Pharmacists, and Paramedical Staff) within provincial, national, Gilgit, and Azad Jammu Kashmir jurisdictions, holding a BPS-18 rank. Special emphasis is placed on those with a strong sense of duty, dedication to public service, and a willingness to serve in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Specialist Positions: For those applying for specialist positions, it is mandatory to possess qualifications such as FRCS, FCPS, or FRCP. This requirement underscores the Ministry’s dedication to ensuring that only highly qualified and specialized medical personnel are entrusted with the care of the pilgrims.
Application Process: The National Testing Service (NTS) will administer a written test to all applicants, ensuring a fair and merit-based selection process. Interested candidates must apply online through the NTS website, following which a hard copy of the application form, along with relevant documents, should be sent as specified on the website.
Important Conditions:
- NOC Requirement: Applicants are required to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department. The NOC must be procured well in advance and is available for download on mora.gov.pk or nts.org.pk. Failure to submit the NOC will result in ineligibility.
- Document Verification: Original documents will be scrutinized for authenticity. Applicants found to have submitted false or counterfeit documents will be disqualified and may face further action.
- Vacancy Fluctuation: The Ministry reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies available for the Medical Mission based on actual requirements and circumstances.
- No TA/DA: Candidates should note that no travel or daily allowances will be provided for any part of the application or deployment process.
